Brillium, Inc. respects the privacy of our customers, business partners, employees, job applicants, and other visitors to our website (www.brillium.com) and our Brillium Software Platform (“Brillium”) located on various brillium.com servers under the WebsiteName.brillium.com website addresses who may choose to provide us with their personal information. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Brillium, Inc.
We recognize the need for appropriate protections and management of personal information that you provide to us. This Privacy Statement will assist you to understand what types of information we may collect, how that information may be used, and with whom the information may be shared.

Brillium, Inc. participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Brillium, Inc. is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Brillium, Inc. complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Brillium, Inc. is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. Information Collection and Use – Brillium Service Platform Service Provider Collection/Use
Brillium, Inc. collects information under the direction of its Clients on its Brillium Platform, Brillium, Inc. has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. Brillium works with its Clients to help them provide notice to their customers concerning, the purpose for which personal information is collected.

Service Provider, Sub-Processors/Onward Transfer
Brillium, Inc. may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.
Access to Data Controlled by our Clients
Brillium, Inc. acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. Brillium, Inc. has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Brillium, Inc. Client (the data controller). If the client requests Brillium, Inc. to remove the data, Brillium, Inc. will respond to their Client’s request within 30 business days.
Information We Collect on our Website
Personal Information is information that can be used to identify or contact a specific individual, such as a name, address, telephone number or email address. Brillium, Inc. may collect certain personal information from customers, business partners, and employees when signing up for our forum, requesting information, contacting support, or signing up for our newsletter. Brillium, Inc. does not collect personal information when you visit Brillium’s websites unless you choose to provide such personal information.
Customers and Partners: On Brillium, Inc. websites you can, register products, request information, subscribe to marketing or support materials, register to a secure extranet site to obtain access to product information, support, services and training. When using the forum on our site you are able to create a public profile, the information that you are able to provide is instant messenger user names, email address, location, occupation and interests. Third Party E-Commerce
Our shopping cart is hosted by our e-commerce solutions provider. They host our ordering system, and collect your billing information directly from you for the purpose of processing your order. This company does not use this information for any other purpose.
